Brothers and Sisters,

As we get back to our monthly meetings, I hope everyone had a great summer.

I would like to take this time to congratulate Frank Trubiro on recently receiving his Walter Reuther Distinguished Service Award, with over 20 years of notable service, and serving the membership in different stations in the Union Leadership.

By the time you receive this Searchlight, the UAW Trust has visited our September Chapter meeting and informed us of the following changes:
– The OTC amount for 2026 will for up from $350 to $400
– HRA or WEX will be going up to $1,000
– Also, we will be receiving a card (yes, another card) for prescriptions, like we had when we first started out with the Trust.

Please read your Health Care Benefits Highlights that were mailed to you, by the Trust, so that you won’t be surprised by any changes.

To stay informed, please read your Searchlight paper on upcoming Retiree Chapter events and attend your chapter meetings.
