Greetings Brothers and Sisters,

Hope all is well and you are in good health. As we approach the end of the year, we’re preparing ourselves for the cold winter season, the shorter days and longer nights. However, this time allows us to look forward to the holidays and spending time with family, especially with December possibly being a short month as far as work with the downtime that’s anticipated.

For all the members from our LIC unit, please be mindful and take time to go into your WORKDAY to verify and complete the appropriate tasks and make any changes for this Open Enrollment Period. Enrollment opened on Monday, October 20, 2025 and will close on Friday, November 14, 2025. This is your annual opportunity to review your benefits and make updates for the upcoming year.

If you do not take this action during Open Enrollment, your current benefit will carry over into 2026 with the exception of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Account (HSAs), which both require re-enrollment each year. Changes will take effect on January 1, 2026, so plan accordingly.

Remember to bring the kids out on October 26, 2025 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. for Trunk-or-Treat hosted by UAW 659 at the Hall. We hope to see you all there with the little ones in costume.
