Greetings Brothers and Sisters,

Hope all are well and in good health. I want to start by saying what a great time it was at the 2025 Competitive Shop/IPS Conference. Thanks to our International Executive Board, Region 1D and our Local 659. I am grateful for the opportunity to attend this conference and receive so much vital information as a tool to take back to my unit and utilize all this information to help move some of us forward and help turn things around for the better and never looking back. Thank you for this opportunity.

As we approach the end of June already, half the year will be behind us that fast.

To all the members within the LIC unit, be advised of the shut-down due to reduction in business level at the end of your shift on Friday 6/27/2025. We will resume regular business hours again on Monday 7/07/2025. Any questions, contact your shift supervisor or your Union Rep.

Remember that your Union billboard will always have information, so take time to glance at it every once in a while.

Also, remember our Joint Council meetings and all Unit Membership meetings have been cancelled for June, July and August.
