Brothers and Sisters,

There seems to be a lot of questions concerning the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust’s Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) program. As I have stated before, the Trust will be at our Union Hall on June 26th at 10:30 a.m. for an explanation on how to sign up for the program.

The program is great for our retired members. We will be getting reimbursed for our Medicare B payment that is deducted from our Social Security check on a monthly basis.

I was informed that the amount that we receive ($600) this year may be increased next year. Our Trust is currently 150% solvent. So, let’s look at what we are getting:

A) $500 yearly bonus
B) $350 OTC
C) $600 HRA
