Happy New Year everyone, I hope this year will be a fruitful and healthy new year for everyone.

I would like to remind you of our OTC card being rebooted. We are getting $400 this year. Also, we will be getting $1,000 on our
WEX program.

For last year’s WEX program, you have until April to apply for your $600. If you need help putting in for it, come by the hall on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday to see a Benefit Rep. (10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) and bring your papers, including the annual security award letter you received in December and the papers you receive from WEX and your WEX visa card.

Your new OPTUM Rx card, for those who receive one, has a sixteen (16) digit ID number on it. I’m saying this because some of our members still carry the old OPTUM card and they have gotten them mixed up.

Remember, our February 3rd, March 3rd, and June 2nd Bingo/Chapter Meetings will be combined because of White Shirt Day, our CAP Conference, and the Constitutional Convention.

The Executive Board also decided to combine our Easter dinners into one day, due to low attendance. We had 68 members signed up for Tuesday and Wednesday, we had under fifty (not including our workers). We are sorry for any inconvenience.

On a final note, please read your Searchlight and attend your Chapter meeting. Stay safe and be proactive concerning your health.
