Brothers and Sisters,

I would like to inform everyone that all members of the UAW Medical Trust will be receiving a large manilla envelope in the mail containing info on a new benefit. Please do not throw this away! This brochure will have detailed info about eligibility and step-by-step instructions on how to use the benefit.

Also, in the coming weeks, members will be invited to attend live webinars from May 19 to June 20, 2025. These webinars will provide detailed info on using the benefit and asking questions. Please do not call the Union Hall, because they have no knowledge of the benefit.

If you miss getting on to a webinar or still have questions, I invited the Trust to the Hall on June 26th, starting at 10:30 a.m. in the auditorium to answer any questions or concerns that you might have. That is the earliest date I could get because of the webinars.

I realize this will be a hectic day, because this is also the day of the picnic, which you must have a ticket to participate. The picnic starts at 12 noon. Hopefully, the Trust will be done.

I stress that you need to buy a ticket for the picnic, so we know how much food to order. If you plan on attending the picnic, check the dates on when to buy tickets here.
