Greetings from Flint Metal Center,

We continue to hold strong at Flint Metal Center, as the Shop Committee and I are still in Local Negotiations. We are optimistic we should have a tentative agreement in the near future.

We faced many challenges in the 2024 Calendar year, and 2025 will not get any easier. With that said, we are hoping to see more members involved in our Union next year. As a reminder, there is a “U” in Union!
